Day retreats, one-to-one mindfulness coaching, and sound healing sessions — grounded practice for a steadier, more present life.
Breathe in for four. Hold. Breathe out for four. Everything here is built around that same rhythm.
I hold day retreats, one-to-one coaching sessions, and sound healing practice for people who are carrying a lot and need a proper place to put it down, even briefly.
This work isn't theoretical for me. Mindfulness has carried me through my own personal challenges and through the daily reality of parenting — it's a practice I return to, not one I've mastered and now teach from a distance. I moved to Spain at eighteen and lived there for years, and that time shaped how I see the world: fluent in Spanish, and with a real love for different cultures and the many ways people find meaning and calm.
My path into this work started with an MSc in Mindfulness-Based Wellbeing, and continued through formal MBSR and MBCT teaching training. What I offer isn't about escaping your life — it's about learning to meet it with a steadier breath.
Modern mindfulness draws on two distinct lineages: the contemplative insight of Buddhist practice, refined over thousands of years, and the evidence base of Western psychology, which has spent the last half-century testing and adapting those practices for clinical and everyday use. What's taught today sits at the meeting point of both — ancient in its roots, current in its application.
Mindfulness is often described as paying attention on purpose, in the present moment, and without judgment — the definition Jon Kabat-Zinn gave the practice when he brought it into modern medicine through MBSR.
"When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves."
Each retreat has been built around the same idea — that rest isn't something you find on your own, it's something you're guided back to.
Our first gathering — a day built for anyone who needed permission to stop, if only for a few hours.
A slower, softer follow-up, leaning into rest and quiet companionship rather than escape.
Our third retreat, set in the heritage gardens overlooking Cork Harbour. Limited to 25 places.

For those who want to build a steadier practice over time, not just for a single day.
Individual sessions built around what's actually happening in your life — stress, transition, caregiving, grief, or simply the wish to feel less scattered.
Elements of sound and resonance are woven into retreats and coaching sessions to support deep rest and nervous system regulation — a gentle companion to seated mindfulness work, not a separate treatment.
Short recordings you can download and return to whenever you need them — for the days between retreats and sessions, or simply for daily practice on your own.
A short practice to open the day steady, before the noise of it begins.
A longer, guided settling practice — the same rhythm as the retreat's closing sessions.
A gentle wind-down practice for nights when the mind won't quite settle.
A recorded sound healing session to bring the resonance practice into your own space.
Downloads are hosted and processed securely — replace these placeholder links with your Gumroad or Payhip track pages once your recordings are ready.
"A day I didn't know I needed until I was in it."
"I left feeling like I'd exhaled for the first time in months."
"Small, warm, and completely unrushed — exactly what I needed."
